2026-07-08: Commerzbank said 17.60% of its shares had been tendered into UniCredit's takeover offer by the end of the additional acceptance period on 3 July 2026, with the transfer still subject to regulatory approvals. Commerzbank said fewer than 2% came from institutional and retail investors, that it remains open to dialogue with UniCredit, and that it will keep implementing its Momentum 2030 strategy.
